"Now that my renovations are complete I just wanted to let you know what this experience has been like for me.

This was my first experience with a major in home renovation. I learned that it is not an easy experience to go through when you choose to stay in the house!
However, I felt very safe and cared for by your guidance and the amazing team of trades people that you bring to the job.

I appreciated your honesty and concern for all levels of this job. You paid attention to my whole house. I needed a new roof and did not think this was anything you could do for me. When you found out I was looking for a roofer you immediately took over and not only did all the arrangements, but were up on my roof as well. You paid attention to the quotes I had received and made sure I got the best quote from your roofer. You noticed a serious problem in my fireplace that could literally have burned my house down and you arranged to have it fixed at a very reasonable cost. You did not pad these extra costs for yourself you just brought the right people to the house to fix the problem. I would have never known these dangers were there without you going above and beyond your contract with me and taking the time to explain what everything meant. You gave me a time line for this major job and, with a few small delays beyond your control, you stuck to our arrangement. Who does that today? I was very grateful.

You came to me through my neighbour Dragon Krivic who is part of your team with his own painting company. Dragon is an example of the high quality of people you have on your team. I was so comfortable having your people come and go in my home at will. I never once felt afraid to leave your people alone in my home or to be in my home with them. I miss them. They were polite and caring. And the quality of workmanship that is now proudly reflected in my kitchen and bathroom is a thing of beauty.
